The Neal Morse Band van a publicar próximamente un nuevo trabajo en directo, el cual será 'Morsefest 2015', ya que recoge la actuación del grupo durante el festival que lleva el nombre del artista.
Sobre estas líneas podéis ver el tráiler del nuevo directo de The Neal Morse Band, que a finales de 2016 acaban de lanzar su último trabajo de estudio, 'The Similitude of a Dream'.
El 24 de marzo saldrá a la venta 'Morsefest 2015', el cual llegará en formato especial de combinado de 2 DVD+ 4 CD de audio o en 2 Blue-Ray, todo a través de Radiant Records/Metal Blade.
La nota oficial recuerda que se puede disfrutar de un gran elenco de músicos sobre el escenario, desde Mike Portnoy y Nick D'Virgilio en la batería, pasando por Phil Keaggy en la guitarra, a otros 38 músicos en total, lo cual fue en sí una orquesta. Los conciertos tuvieron lugar durante dos veladas continuas y en suma llegaron a 5 horas de música en vivo. Se interpretaron al completo álbumes como 'Sola Scriptura' y '?' (Question Mark).
Neal Morse asegura que fueron unas noches increíbles y que musicalmente fueron enormes gracias a todos esos músicos en vivo, con coro, instrumentos de viento, percusión orquestal, piano, arpa, bailarines...
En el repertorio hay temas clásicos de Spock's Beard y Transatlantic.
